The company, located on two sites in the UK and USA, has been manufacturing machine tools for more than 100 years.
Our expertise, is in the grinding of automotive components, in particular Camshafts and Crankshafts.
However, we have many applications in production on other components such as Connecting Rods and Transmission parts as well as
"precision" machines in many other industries requiring sub micron accuracy.
All our product is designed and manufactured
in-house and has been developed specifically to cope with the rigorous demands of high volume production, yet still flexible enough
to be used in batch production and even R&D facilities.
All our products have "no wear" hydrostatic spindles and slide ways, with
linear motor technology on all feed axes. Combine this with our unique control system and you have machines, that will satisfy all your
requirements in the fastest operating time possible. The uptime and life cycle of our machines are second to none, with machines still
in production in excess of 30 years.
We pride ourselves in being able to offer robust machines and process, individually designed,
manufactured and built around the customers requirements.
Over the years we have produced many unique machines and processes, worked
